I stumbled upon this via Facebook IM, from a friend who almost never sends me anything and who promptly logged off thereafter. With the strange tie-in to clowns and their instruments, it made me wonder whether there now exists malware that sends through FacebookIM! I certainly hope not, because you can't choose not to accept FacebookIM messages.

That said, the smoothie recipe sounds delicious, and here it is, without references to bizarre clowns named (no, I'm not joking) Dinky:

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

- 1 sliced banana

- 2 cups vanilla yogurt

- 2 cups regular milk or almond milk

For each serving, place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serves 4.
